Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For standard returns, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging where applicable. You’ll also need your order number or other proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at caxddakar@gmail.com and include your order number and, where applicable, clear photographs showing the condition or issue with the item.

Please do not send an item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Our 14-day return policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to your purchase under the laws of your country.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue. We may request additional information or photographs so that we can investigate the issue with our fulfillment provider.

If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing or fulfillment error, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, subject to the circumstances of the order and applicable consumer rights.

Please do not return a damaged, defective, or incorrect item before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Non-returnable items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including personalized or custom-made products where applicable.

This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item or size, you may request a return where eligible and place a new order separately.

European Union — 14-day withdrawal right

If your order is being delivered to a consumer in the European Union, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable exceptions.

This statutory right is separate from our voluntary return policy. Where applicable, mandatory consumer rights under EU law will apply regardless of the terms of this policy.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected an approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, we will issue your refund using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
